jogging

I found out jogging is the best way to help you think clearly. Lately I change my exercise style which normally swimming to jogging. And I found out it helps you think and clearly and can give you lotsa of a great idea. Try it and while you jog, watch your breath and step and start to think about what you want to think….actually I got this tip from my hubby, and its quite true…he is always my best advisor :)
