The soup of the day

Apple Soup (non halal) for 2 person

Ingredient:

2 apple (medium size)

700 gr pork ribs ( posibble the small one)

1 spanish Onion (Bawang Bombay)

3-5 Chinese red Dates (Ang Cou)

1Lt water

Salt to taste

Cooking:

Put everything in slow cooker for 5-8 hrs, or boil and zimmer in the stove till fragfrance and the pork tender.

Note:

The taste is sourish and sweetish, very refreshing. Good for the loves one and have to cook with tender, loving care hehehe..
